Off-line processor for self adhesive materials

Base frame
Made out of cast-iron, bolted together, color as per customer requirement

AC motor: 380 V, 60 Hz, 6 kW, 3 phases, 30 amps, or as requested
Connected through gear box and main drive shaft to the nip rolls and the die cutting module

Maximum unwind diameter 40" (1,000 mm)
Air shaft 3" (76 mm) diameter, with electro-magnetic brake, with integrated dancer-regulated
Web tension control and web guide system

Die cutting module
In stable, cast-iron kame work, with high precision bearing assembly, anvil included
Variable from 17" - 25" tool circumference

Cutting die not included, will be quoted to specific design patterns

Matrix rewind
For maximum 40" rewind diameter, motor driven, tension adjustable, and automatically controlled
Air shaft 3" (76 mm) diameter

Register
Transversal register adjustment manual +/- .20" (+/- 5 mm)
Print to cut register automatic +/- 0.015" (0.4 mm)
Requested accuracy of registration mark on processed web: 0.02" (0.5 mm)

Slitting
Slitting unit equipped with pneumatically-activated sheer cutting knife systems
With vacuum nozzles for trim waste removal

Rewind
With additional AC motor
Web tension, manual adjustment controlled through dancer roller

Tension
Controlled through nip rolls, manually adjustable, steel/rubber combination, pneumatically operated

Production speed
Depending on: material processed, shape of die cut profile, metric strength
Mechanical maximum speed:750 ft/min (230 m/min)

Control panel
Control panels include all necessary position functions

Security covers
All security covers are electronically secure

This machine can, of course, be supplied for different applications with different tool and punch dimensions.
