MLPP-5 This all servo driven system has been engineered to keep the tolerance variation between the seven converting stations at a minimum. This is achieved through an innovative web control system which provides for precise location and tension control. Clients have held tolerances well below +/- .006î at production speeds of up to 165 ft/min (50 m/min). The central converting section has six die stations that can also be used for de-laminating, laminating, waste removal and much more. Two punching stations complete the converting section. Finished products can be either sheeted of rewound. The machine has multiple un-winds and rewind stations capable of diameters of up to 24î (600 mm). All stations are complete with 3î (76 mm) air shafts and tension control. The system is easily controlled through an operator interface panel, complete with touch screen, mounted on a swing arm. The design offers a tremendously versatile machine within an extremely small footprint. The machine is enclosed for safety and noise reduction while retaining easy accessibility for job set ups. Safety light curtains can also be provided if desired. Typical products manufactured on this machine include products for the telecommunication, automotive, general electronics and medical industries. |
