Rotary Converting Systems "For After Print Perfection"

SCHOBER is best known for high quality rotary punching and die cutting tools and modules.

However, since the early 60th complete custom design converting systems are an integral part of our product palette. Since then many different machine solutions employing one or more Schober Technologies have been provided to many different industries.

SCHOBER systems share the same or similar base design and, whenever possible, use a modular configuration. The set-up of the individual process stations in relation to the dedicated or standard deliveries or rewinds is customized.

SCHOBER systems are utilized to convert preprinted and unprinted materials such as Paper, Board, Tissue, Foil, PP - PE or Polyester Films, Laminates, Nonwovens, etc.

Depending on the converting process, speeds of 1,000 ft/min or higher can be achieved and web width can vary from less than 1" to 25"
