We have been a supplier of die cutting modules and tooling to the packaging industry for more than 20 years and we constantly perfect the systems, the design, and production methods to optimize the overall performance.

Total cuts at high speeds through the material against the anvil as well as controlled partial cuts through certain layers of the material are our specialty.

The materials used for Schober dies are top grade and outperform any other tooling on the market. Our dies in Tungsten Carbide or PM materials are available in solid, sleeved, or segmented design. The quality of the material chosen increases your productivity and reduces your re-sharpening costs.

Our high edge designed segments can be resharpened up to 25 times under normal wear conditions.

Our combination-tools incorporate creasing and die cutting in one tool. These can be either segmented or solid design. Product, machine, and customer requirements will determine the best option.

It is also possible to combine the punching and cutting process in one tool to minimize tolerances.

Schober Die Cutting Modules with design speeds of more than 1.700 ft/min are in production worldwide.
