SRS

Schober's SRS model is most efficiently used for small to medium production runs and for economical manufacturing. This Pack Collator offers a working speed up to 110 m/min (360 ft/min), depending on the material processed.

The SRS offers a compact solution for manufacturers who do not require a three-shift operation. The SRS, based on the classic collator concept, stops after a pre-set volume of forms is reached. The operator can then efficiently remove the collated stacks.

• Crimp-lock station, with 2 sets of 12" tools, 2 & 4" pitch and counter crimping

• Swinging chute with descending delivery table for secure high pile delivery with counting device with pre-quantity selection
